Wake up to spectacular views of Eagle Beach in the Serenity by the Sea Two-bedroom condo; a spacious vacation rental accommodation located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba. The balcony stretches across the living room and primary bedroom with views of the resort's luscious landscaping and the Eagle Beach, just a few steps away. The balcony is complete with comfortable furniture to enjoy the Aruban weather any time of day.
The spacious, open-plan living area comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large center island with barstools. The living room boasts a corner sectional sofa, an armchair, a chair with an ottoman, a 55" Smart TV (Netflix enabled), a dining table, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The hallway lends access to a half-bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32" TV, a walk-in closet, an armchair, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and unwind during your stay. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and a full modern en-suite bathroom.
This unit provides you with about 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, three cable TV's (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds.

The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex.
Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings.
