PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Spend a memorable holiday with up to eight families or friends embracing the Aruba weather at the Famiglia Serena Three-bedroom condo. This luxurious vacation rental accommodation located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the island, is the perfect holiday retreat. The white sand beach and turquoise water of the world-famous Eagle Beach are just a few steps away. The beach charm and ideal weather of our 'One Happy Island' have long been a magnet for those seeking the perfect vacation and relief from colder climates. The balcony, stretching across the primary bedroom, living room, and second bedroom, offers you outdoor seating to enjoy the serenity and the tropical landscaping of the resort.
The open plan living area is provided with a large Smart TV, L-shaped leather sofa-bed (with a queen-size mattress), an 8-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The half-bathroom and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities are located at the entrance hallway.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and relax during your stay. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,950 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and four flat screens Smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the second floor. Sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds plus 1 queen-size sofa-bed.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Levent #202. The unit was clean and a great open floor plan . The pool area was beautiful and well maintained . It was a short walk to the beach and beach chairs were provided . The staff was friendly and accommodating .
