PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Get into the Aruba holiday spirit with friends and family at the Miramar Pleasure Two-bedroom condo. This vacation rental retreat overlooking the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba pool area and the world-famous Eagle Beach, are just a few steps away and perfect for a warm-weather trip. The balcony with seating and a 3-piece bistro set offers a great area to enjoy the beach view with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.
The living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your comfort in the hallway.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a chair, a built-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. It also connects to an adjoining sleeping room that includes a double-size bed, built-in closets, and the en-suite bathroom with a shower. A door separates the two sleeping spaces, as it serves as a pass-through rather than a fully independent room.
This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds and 1 double-size sofa-bed. Perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, looking for additional beds in 1 unit.
This unit is adjacent to the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo (LV307). Ideal for larger groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 12.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

The Location

This was our 4th time staying at LeVent and we absolutely LOVE everything about the property, facilities, etc. We were doing a 2 week stay so wanted a slightly bigger unit (this has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds so perfect for our family). It was clean and lovely. Everything from the amazing welcome basket, to the Aruba Aloe in each bathroom, to chairs/coolers/noodles provided (there were even some umbrellas that I had not seen until the last day) made our stay so comfortable. I absolutely love that we can get pool loungers/cabanas any time without problem. The amazing beach is 1/2 block away (Less than 2 minute walk) from the gated condo complex. There's palapas, watersports, lounger/umbrella rentals, food/drink available at this pristine beach. We booked directly through the amazing staff at PrestigeVacationsAruba.com as we always do for effortless trip planning. Can't wait to return to Mirimar Pleasure next year!
