The balcony with seating and a 3-piece bistro set offers a great area to enjoy the beach view with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.
The living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your comfort in the corridor.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a chair, a built-in closet, and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and access to the balcony. Additionally, the second bedroom is connected with a separate room which has a double-size bed, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right corridor off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds and 1 double-size sofa-bed. This unit is adjacent to the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo (LV307) and the Vista del Mar Two-bedroom condo (LV309). Thus ideal for large groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 18.
THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children's pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children's playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests' use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our Prestige LeVent exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
