The Tropical Garden Two-bedroom condo offers convenient access to all resort amenities, ideal for families or two couples. This ground-floor vacation rental is located at the prestigious LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, just steps from the renowned Eagle Beach. The veranda, extending from the living room and primary bedroom, includes outdoor seating set for two.
The open-plan living area features a TV, a 3-seat sofa bed with a double-size mattress, two additional chairs, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with four barstools. A half bathroom is accessible from the entrance hallway, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to your comfort.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, built-in closets, an armchair, and direct access to the veranda, along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
With 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, this unit includes a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and three cable TVs (living room and each bedroom). Located on the ground floor, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two beds and a double-size sofa bed, ideal for families or those seeking extra accessibility.
This unit is adjacent to the Diamond Garden Two-bedroom condo (LV104). Thus ideal for large groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it would sleep up to 12.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex.
Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. This was our first time staying at LaVent Condo. It was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our condo was on the first floor which we loved. The condo was spacious for 4 adults. We loved the third bathroom. The condo was clean. The patio area was a nice touch. They provided several towels and wash cloths for 4 adults. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and utensils. The outside was very maintained and pool area cleaned daily. They have several areas to relax and sit outside. We grilled out and the grill was clean and a nice area to prepare the food and eat outside. The condo is only a block away from Eagle Beach! Outdoor showers are provided to wash up after the beach. LaVent is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend LaVent to anyone traveling to Aruba!!

This was our second time staying at this property, though in a different unit, and once again it was amazing. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect, less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Eagle Beach, which was a big priority for us. The property is very family-oriented and has a welcoming atmosphere. Communication with the host was superb-quick, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back again.
