PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Alluring Beach View Two-bedroom condo is a modern vacation rental with alluring views of the beach. Situated within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba at Eagle Beach, rated many times favorite beach in the Caribbean and of the world. The balcony stretches across the living room and the primary bedroom is completed with a 4-chairs set to relax and savor the Aruban weather.
The open-plan living room is provided with a large TV, two chairs, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, access to the balcony with tropical views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This condo provides you with 1,355 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

The Location

The condo totally lived up to its description! The resort was immaculately maintained and very clean. The location could not have been better - within easy walking distance of good restaurants, the best beach on Aruba and the super market. Perhaps the highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the people. Would definitely stay here again!
Eagle Beach is a walk away and located in front of the resort. The 2 Bedroom Unit came with all the creature comforts including toiletries, beach towels, washer/dryer and most comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to arrange concierge to fully stock our fridge with food and beverages prior to our arrival. The pool is a salt water pool and and loungers were always available. Best beach vacation we ever had. The local cullinary scene is outstanding with some of the best fish on the menu. Have to try the old fashion cocktail at the local Screaming Eagle Restaurant. The food is out of this world. Truly a Paradise on Earth. Only regret, stayed only 7 days. This unit comes with Platinum Service. Ask the host what it includes. They work really hard to impress. Impressed we were. Looking forward to re-booking.
