Having the most amazing 5th-floor beach view within the newest luxury vacation rental resort on the island, LeVent Beach Resort Aruba ensures you the finest picturesque views of Eagle Beach! Focusing on the maximum comfort of its guests and also being luxuriously furnished and decorated, this Eagle Beach condo is rightfully the ultimate vacation rental condo on the island of Aruba. Experience the best sunsets Aruba has to offer from its two balconies, the L-shaped balcony is off the living area with an outdoor seating set and the primary bedroom balcony offers you an outdoor table plus 2 chairs.
The stunning views continue inside the Royal Beach View Two-bedroom condo thanks to the sliding glass doors and large windows throughout this condo. The open-plan living area is provided with a large Smart TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. In the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The large second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,580 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable Smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom, so be sure to e.g. have your Netflix credentials at hand!). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the fifth floor.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

The Location

This is our 4th year staying at Levent. I love having my morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds, and enjoying the ocean view. The poolside is always clean, with plenty of lounges. Its nice to meet a variety of families of all ages. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer hotel like service. The unit has all the comforts of home, so we had our daily breakfast and some lunches there. I also love the beach chairs and cooler that comers with the unit to ensure our beach days are comfortable. Overall, its the best place to enjoy your trip to Aruba!
I think some basic amenities like salt/pepper/extra trash bags/grocery bags/extra paper towels/better instructions how to use washer-dryer. All appliances were European designs and unfamiliar to Americans. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.
