PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
You won't want to settle for a beach family holiday anywhere else after a stay at the Pearl Garden Two-bedroom condo. This ground-floor condo is located in the newest luxury vacation rental resort, LeVent Beach Resort Aruba. There is a veranda stretching across the living room and primary bedroom with luscious tropical views and easy access to the resort pool and BBQ-grill facilities. Perfect for families or travelers looking for a bit more accessibility.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, and access to the veranda. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,420 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, cable TV and three flat-screen TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are available for your comfort. This unit is located on the ground floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a 1 double-size sofa-bed.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. Nos hospedamos en Diciembre 2025 10 noches. En el condominio y departamento encontramos todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. La amabilidad de los conserjes, los servicios disponibles como hielo para las conservadoras, las toallas , reposeras etc. Sin duda volveriamos a hospedarnos aqui !!!
Our vacation was great. We love Aruba but the condo was amazing. The pool area was beautiful. We loved that the condo supplied us with beach chairs and a cooler to bring down to the beach. The office staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
