PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Just a few steps to the water's edge in this condo with breathtaking sunset views, overlooking the pool and garden. The Ocean Jewel Two-bedroom condo is the ultimate family vacation rental accommodation with stunning ocean views located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba! There is a balcony stretching across the living room and both bedrooms with mesmerizing views of Eagle Beach. The balcony is completed with an outdoor sofa set to enjoy a relaxing start to the day and to savor the view with your family while the sun is setting over the Caribbean Sea.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the fifth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in a king-size bed, 2 twin-size beds, and a double-size sofa-bed.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

I have 10+ stays at LeVent with Prestige and this is my favorite unit so far! Huge shoutout to Melanie and Edmar who provide the best customer service ever, can’t wait to see you again. The master bedroom is huge with a walk in closet and his/her sinks in the bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests with its own bathroom. The living room is spacious. The simple yet elegantly decorated rooms create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The extra cozy blankets in each room are a thoughtful touch that enhances the overall comfort. The balcony furniture is perfect for relaxing, and the views are a solid 10 out of 10. Add to that the close proximity to the beach and the serene, relaxing pool area, and this place becomes the perfect vacation rental.
Great experience for a vacation. The facilities were beautiful and luxurious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Melanie went out of her way to assist us with transportation -- Thank you! Our condo was spacious and had all the amenities with a pool view. We would definitely return to LeVent and have already recommended friends do the same. The beach is less than a block and everything you need is walkable (1 mile or less).
