PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Grand Regency Five-bedroom condo at Oceania resort is a flagship of luxury vacation accommodation in Aruba! This beachfront condo has the most spectacular front-line ground floor ocean views from the living room area, the terrace, and the primary bedroom. With about 4,200 sq. ft. of interior living space, plus a private L-shaped corner terrace of about 1,500 sq. ft., this condo will provide you with extraordinary close-up ocean views of the world-famous Eagle Beach, at literally ONLY 56 STEPS FROM THE BEACH! The outdoor terrace is completed with a hot tub, a large BBQ-grill, a large outdoor dining table, and lounge and seating areas.
The spacious open-plan living room with mostly floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors ensures great views of the ocean and resort pool from all angles. It has 2 large sofas with designer chairs, a 10-seat dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with several extra kitchen appliances that are not commonly found in vacation accommodations. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room, as well as the guest's half-bathroom.
The very large primary bedroom is provided with a king-size bed with easy access to and overlooking the terrace and ocean, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite (the second) bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has access to the side outdoor deck, two double (=full-size) beds, built-in closets, and an en-suite (the third) bathroom with a shower. These 3 bedrooms are located on the ground (upper) level of the property.
The basement (underground level) provides an extra spacious TV room and 2 extra bedrooms with en-suites. The TV room area has a large L-shaped lounge sofa, two extra chairs, a large TV, a Ping Pong table, and a half bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two double (=full-size) beds and a queen-size sofa-bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite (the fourth) bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite (the fifth) bathroom with a shower.
This unit is located front-line in the Boca Grandi building on the ground floor, with absolutely no units geographically closer to the beach! - Sleeps max 12.
Please note that the bathrooms in the lower level of this condo operate on a pump and therefore no paper can be flushed. The owner provides a wastebasket with plenty of liners to dispose of paper.

great locale, consider staying closer to Palm Beach if you want more dining and entertainment options. This is a more quiet location
The unit is conveniently located on the first floor with walk-out right to the pools and beach right across the road. It's well stocked with all the essentials including beach towels and chairs. The pool area and beach were never crowded. There is plenty of room in the unit with the 5 bedrooms and great common area inside and outside. It's clean and well maintained. Located near the super market and walking distance to some great restaurants. If there was one negative, it's that the basement area of the house had no internet signal. I would highly recommend this unit.
