PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Emphasizing its royal luxury and its bright beach-like interior colors, the Royal Aquamarine Three-bedroom condo is rightfully so worthy of its name. In a nutshell, "very spacious, luxurious and comfortable", are the general comments about this unit.
It has a very private primary en-suite with a king-size bed, a separate indoor Jacuzzi room, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The primary bedroom balcony with ocean views adds the ultimate touch to the private area. There is further a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a built-in closet, and a second bathroom with a shower. Also, a second private balcony to savor the daily sunsets and enjoy ocean views. The third bedroom with two queen-size beds, a built-in closet, and a third full en-suite bathroom with shower.
The great living room is decorated in bright aquamarine colors and is adjacent to the living room balcony with a 4-seat dining table, full-size gas BBQ-grill plus amazing ocean view. The living room is also completed with a 6-seat wooden dining table, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar stools to easily cater to all your family meals. Behind the kitchen area, there is a laundry(washer/dryer) /storage/facility hallway. There are thus three balconies with amazing views, adjacent to the living room, the primary bedroom plus the second bedroom.
This unit provides you with about 2,100 sq. ft. of living space. Four Cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), free Wifi, and an (iPod/MP3 compatible) stereo set are all available for your royal comfort. The Location
Reviews
Aischal was very helpful with getting initial groceries, rides to and from airport and car rental. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location right across from Eagle Beach. The condo had anything we needed. Easy walk to a few restaurants and grocery store. Only concern would be that there may not be enough shaded areas around the pools, they could use a few more palapa’s for shade. The condo itself was excellent.
Aischal van der Linde at Prestige is a pleasure to work with, our check-in and checkout procedure is always easy and she helps us with an extra car when leaving. Very important for me is no strong odors from cleaners or other scents and she has made sure this is not an issue for me. Thank you.
Anne ter Wee was also very helpful regarding one day when a strong cleaning smell came into the unit.
BC252 is laid out well and has everything we need. We don’t use the indoor hot tub at all, but find the space to be well structured and enjoy the balconies. The facilities on the property at Oceana are great, very relaxed and we enjoy this location for our family.
