PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Beach Garden Two-bedroom condo is a spacious ground-floor retreat, perfect for families or couples who love outdoor living in a tropical paradise. It features a large private terrace complete with lounge and patio furniture, a 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a gas BBQ grill-all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and offering stunning ocean views.
The living room:
- Enjoy direct access to the private terrace, offering stunning views of the resort and the ocean.
- The spacious living area features a 3-seat sofa bed (queen-size), a 2-seat sofa, an armchair, and a large TV for your entertainment.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, and a drip coffee maker-everything you need for convenient, home-style meals.
- A dining table with seating for 6.
- A storage closet is available to keep your beach chairs and cooler neatly organized.
- A third full bathroom with a shower provides added convenience.
The bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and direct access to the private terrace. It includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with an indoor jacuzzi tub and a separate shower room.
This unit offers a semi-private laundry with a washer and dryer, shared on alternating days with the adjacent Beach Garden Studio condo, secured with locks on both sides.
This condo rental has 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 550 sq. ft. of private patio, deck, and garden space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safe, free parking space, central air conditioning, 2 cable TVs (bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. This unit is located in the Eagle building on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 4 guests in a bed and a sofa bed.
Note: The outdoor terrace was upgraded in May 2025 from the old decking material to Coraline tiles. Updated photos will be posted soon.
NOTE: This condo can be combined with the adjacent Beach Garden Studio condo (E124-1) via an internal connecting door via the laundry room to create the full property, Beach Garden Two-bedroom condo (E124), accommodating up to 8 guests.

Nice unit. Needs a refresh. Kitchen cabinets are old.
We stayed the first week of June 2023. The property was as expected based on the pictures online. We could not have picked a better place for our stay. The bottom floor unit allows you to have your own little lawn area, and easy access to pool and beach. And Eagle Beach is the perfect balance between the various types of beaches on Aruba. There is mega construction going on next door, which was my only concern beforehand. However, we did not even really notice this during our stay, and absolutely should NOT be a concern if you choose this property. The staff was wonderful and helpful in many ways during our stay.
