PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Garden Delight Two-bedroom condo is a delightful vacation rental, located within the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort, just steps from the world-famous Eagle Beach in Aruba. Amazing for families, groups of friends, and admirers of outdoor living. This ground-floor condo has a private spacious terrace with a CUSTOM-MADE 6-person outdoor hot tub, patio furniture, a gas BBQ grill, all within a nice tropical setting with some ocean view through the resort's landscaping. Enjoy the warm weather on the private terrace, relaxing around the pool, or cool off at the beach with a swim in the ocean. A walk on the beach at sunset is a lovely setting for sharing downtime with your loved ones.
The living area is furnished with a 3 + 2-seat sofa set (including a queen-size pull-out sofa-bed), 2 additional swivel chairs, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with 6-stools. The hallway lends access to the washer/dryer closet plus the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin-size pull-out sofa-bed, built-in closets, a large TV, and access to the outdoor terrace. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, built-in closets, and a large TV. Both bathrooms with a shower are located in the hallway.
This unit provides you with 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 800 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safe, free parking space, central air conditioning, 3 cable TVs (every bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 beds and a queen-size sofa bed. This unit is located on the ground floor in the Eagle building. Perfect for travelers looking for a bit more accessibility.

The Location

This was our first time in Aruba, and we made memories to last a lifetime! We had looked at all the high rise resorts before coming, but they didn't match well for our family of five (two adults, two teenagers and elementary age). We wanted more space so looked into VRBO and found Oceania/Prestige condos. We loved having extra space for us to spread out not only inside but the very large patio that feels private but also gives views of the beautiful surroundings and the sunsets!! We also utilized the kitchen for breakfast and easy lunches to maximize our time at the beach/pool. The beach access is so close, and we loved the use of beach chairs at the condo and the palapas to relax in the shade by the most gorgeous beach. We loved being at Eagle Beach. We rented a car which gave us access to all the other beaches on the island that we explored but Eagle Beach is by far the prettiest. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed dinners out every night (Zeerovers, Lola Taqueria, Pure Ocean, Passions by the Sea and West Deck were some of our favorites). We also went snorkeling with a private boat tour which we would highly recommend over the large party boats. We saw two sea turtles, octopus and many more beautiful fish. It was a highlight! The condo location is easily accessible to the Super Foods grocery and there were coffee shops close by that we also visited. Also, the Prestige employees are so kind and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay.
The condo has plenty of space for the family. The issue we had was the private hot tub would not get hot, just lukewarm. Great walking distance to a beautiful beach! The pools at the condo are very nice!
