PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Garden Delight Studio condo is an amazing vacation rental, located within the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort, just steps from the world-famous Eagle Beach in Aruba. Perfect for a couple or a small family, that admires outdoor living. This ground-floor studio has a furnished terrace with a (gas) BBQ grill within a nice tropical setting with some ocean view through the resort's landscaping. Enjoy the warm weather on the private terrace, relaxing around the pool, or cool off at the beach with a swim in the ocean. A walk on the beach at sunset is a lovely setting for sharing downtime with your loved ones.
The studio room accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. It features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. The room includes a 4-seat dining table, a large TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower.
Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, free parking, code-lock safe, free unlimited WiFi, and a cable TV are all available for your extra comfort. This unit provides you with 650 sq. ft. of interior living space, plus 400 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace. This unit is located on the ground floor in the Eagle building (adjoining the Garden Delight Two-bedroom condo - E125-2). This provides easy access to both resort's pool areas and is just a few steps from the best beach in Aruba: Eagle Beach. Sleeps maximum 4 guests in 1 bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for travelers looking for a bit more accessibility.
NOTE I: This unit can be combined with the next-door Garden Delight Two-bedroom condo (E125-2) by an internal connecting door, to become the original Garden Delight Three-bedroom condo (E125), accommodating up to 8 guests.
NOTE II: This condo has been fully renovated and decorated in a modern beach theme in July 2021. Updates include new floor tiles, updated bathrooms, freshly painted walls, all new indoor plus outdoor furniture, new ceiling fans, and new window covers.

The Location

Very spacious condo with lovely patio with 2 Sun loungers. Super hot water and amazing water pressure. It’s about 25 steps from the patio to the pool and then an additional 25ish steps from the pool to the beach! Very quiet and relaxing complex. Secure complex. There are 2 beach chairs and a couple of floats to use. Also a cooler was provided. The fridge is full size with an ice maker. Well appointed kitchen with a small 4 cup drip coffee maker. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio each day….heavenly!
The location was perfect. The place was clean and had everything you need. Very close to many places like restaurants and the beach. I recommend it and will go back again.
