PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Tropical Penthouse One-bedroom condo is the only 1-bedroom PENTHOUSE (TOP-FLOOR) of the entire resort; all other penthouses have two bedrooms or more. The tropical-themed living room has a queen-size sofa-bed, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat cocktail table. The living room also proves access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view and BBQ-grill. Furthermore, accessed through an internal spiral staircase, there is a private tiled roof terrace stretching over the entire condo, with terrace furniture, a 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a majestic ocean view! The bedroom has a king-size bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway. There is also an in-room washer/dryer facility.
This unit provides you with 950 sq. ft. of living space, plus 1,200 sq. ft. of private roof terrace space. A code-lock safety box (large enough to store a laptop pc), free Wi-Fi, two cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a DVD player and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) are available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Grandi (beach-side) building on the fifth or top floor. Sleeps max 4.

The Location

My husband and I decided on a trip to Aruba for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were lucky enough to find this fantastic condo and so fortunate that the property was perfect and was managed by Prestige. The property was wonderful; our condo was beautiful with a great view of the pools and of the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony at any time of the day or night. The hot top was just lovely after dark. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and the beach itself was gorgeous. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Prestige: we had one minor problem during the week and they took care of it immediately. We hope to go back to Aruba, and when we do, we will contact Prestige to find a condo at the Oceania. If I could rate both Oceania and Prestige with 10 stars, I would be happy to do it.
I couldn’t have asked for a nicer resort or a more relaxing vacation for my first trip to Aruba. The resort is super clean and quiet. Super convenient location. I will definitely be staying at this resort again when I return to Aruba.
