    Your Role

    As Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the LeVent Prestige Vacations
    portfolio, ensuring that every detail, from property readiness to guest satisfaction, reflects our
    luxury standards.

    A core part of your role will be building strong relationships with property owners and maintaining a
    high level of communication, transparency, and trust.

    You are a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, someone who can oversee the big picture while never
    losing sight of the details that define a premium guest experience.

    What You Will Do

    Owner & Client Relations

    • Serve as the primary operational contact for property owners.

    • Build long-term trusted relationships through proactive communication.

    • Balance owner expectations with operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

    Guest Experience

    • Ensure exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure.

    • Maintain a luxury-level service culture across all interactions.

    • Handle challenges professionally and efficiently

    Operations Leadership

    • Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.

    • Conduct inspections and ensure readiness for guest arrivals.

    • Coordinate vendors and operational teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

    Team Leadership

    • A natural leader with a strong ownership mentality and accountability.

    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

    Who You Are

    Requirements

    • 5+ years' experience in operations management within hospitality, luxury property management,
      executive housekeeping, front desk, or vacation rentals.

    • Strong experience managing owner and client relationships.

    • Strong English communication skills are essential; Spanish is a strong plus, and other languages are
      welcome.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Professional, trustworthy, and solution-oriented mindset.

    • Willingness to work flexible hours.

    • Reliable transportation.
