The washer and dryer in the laundry room, as well as the guest’s restroom (half-bath), can be found in the hallway leading up to the kitchen.

Further, accessed from the living area and/or the second bedroom there is a 1,500 square feet patio stretching around the corner of this front-line condo, with extra luxurious terrace furniture and lounging chairs, a large full-size gas BBQ-grill, patio dining table, a large outdoor hot tub, and spectacular, front-line close-up ocean views!

This unit is located front-line in the Boca Grandi building on the ground floor, with absolutely no units geographically closer to the beach! – Sleeps max 12.

Please note that the bathrooms in the lower level of this condo operate on a pump and therefore no paper can be flushed. The owner provides a wastebasket with plenty of liners to dispose of paper.

The common facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a gym, men’s and women’s saunas, a business center, two tennis courts, a game room, and a kids playroom.
