This ground-floor unit is part of a 4-condominium complex within this gated, upscale resort community that features an 18-hole championship golf course. The golf course artfully incorporates Aruba's natural landscape for an authentic Caribbean golfing experience. Perfectly situated just a few minutes' drive from the pristine waters of Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina, and Tres Trapi, in the Malmok area - known for excellent snorkeling.
 
The covered veranda offers outdoor seating, a swing chair, and a BBQ grill, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.
 
Living Area
- Living room with 1 sofa bed that seats 3, an additional 3-seat sofa, 1 extra chair, and a large television.
- Fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for 4.
- The kitchen includes standard appliances: refrigerator, freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker.

Other popular beaches, including Eagle Beach and Hadicurari Beach, are also nearby, making this a true golf and beach paradise vacation.
