PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Perfect for a beach retreat with friends or family, the Deluxe Regency Three-bedroom condo sets you just steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach. You will be enjoying the beach every day with ease, and with access to the resort's pool, amenities, and facilities, you will have plenty of options to enjoy the Aruban weather. The modern contemporary luxury interior and furniture provide a welcoming home away from home after a long day of island adventures. This sophisticated vacation rental is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the island. The balcony, stretching across the primary bedroom, living room, and second bedroom, offers you outdoor seating to enjoy the serenity and the tropical landscaping of the resort, a perfect spot to appreciate your morning coffee, favorite beverage, or a well-deserved cocktail.
The open plan living area with access to the balcony is provided with a large TV, a large 3-seat sofa with a chaise, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 6-barstools. The half-bathroom and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities are located in the entrance hallway.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and retreat during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has also a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a rollaway bed provided in this condo to accommodate 1 extra guest at $15 per night.
This unit provides you with 2,000 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, four cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the second floor. sleeps standard 6 guests in 3 beds, plus 1 extra guest in a rollaway bed, to accommodate a total of 7 guests.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

Prestige was awesome. We left something valuable in the condo. They went out of their way to drop it at the airport for us. A million thanks for that. The condo was very nice. Pool area and hot tub was great. The resort was very quiet and private. Towels (bath and beach) were exchanged every day. Eagle beach was within 3 mins of walking. 1st night, they had an area blocked off for turtle hatchlings. You need a car for convenience. We took the car everywhere-especially for food. The property is lovely and clean. I've never stayed anywhere that kept better track of the pool/beach towels. It made it a bit less relaxing as I was told when I asked for one more we would be charged $25, so we skipped that. We Love Aruba!
My husband and I recently vacationed for 10 days in the Oceania Condo Resort located on Eagle Beach in Aruba. This was our second vacation at Oceania and would recommend it to anyone. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and centrally located. We loved the grill on the balcony where we prepared dinner a few nights and went to the many local restaurants the other nights. Since we are avid walkers, we like the location being half way between the high-rise district and the downtown area to which we walked to both areas. It is also very close to grocery stores.
The staff at Prestige were very helpful. Sharon did a great job with our grocery shopping and welcomed us with cold drinks upon our arrival. We will definitely use them again for our next trip to Aruba and can't wait to go back! - (Dec 2022 - VRBO)

Very nice condo right across from Eagle Beach.3 bests, 4 bathrooms, light cleaning and towel change daily . Only thing I didn't like was that there was no door on master bathroom for privacy . Loved! Great location, very comfortable for family
We had a wonderful vacation at this condo! It is in a quiet area - away from the high-rise hotels but yet accessible to restaurants and party time when you want. We often used the Bird scooters or taxi to get to the restaurant/shopping areas and grocery store. The beach is about a block away and the condo furnishes beach chairs and a cooler. Beach umbrellas would blow away in Aruba's winds so go early and grab a public cabana on Eagle Beach - a beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach. The water is a gorgeous array of various blues. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. We appreciated the daily service of change of towels, bed-making, and garbage disposal. The condo was well stocked with tp, shampoo, etc. Two minor complaints: pool closes too early, 8 pm. And Prestige workers were not often available to exchange beach towels. Beautiful oasis in the sun!
Off the busy strip next to Eagle Beach. The best location, friendly people and very clean! Walk across the road to Eagle Beach with your unit supplied beach chairs and cooler! So many helpful and nice people to help you throughout the day. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Pool and pool furniture cleaned daily. If you want to be on the island and enjoy all the fun, but not be with the masses, this is the place to be! Super Foods is less than a mile walk or drive away! There wasn't a single detail that wasn't covered pertaining to our stay. We had a marvelous vacation, made so simple with the amazing concierge service. Orlando was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful and responded to all our communication in very little time. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. We loved the resort pool area. The cooler and beach chairs provided were much appreciated and the ice maker in the pool area came in so handy!! The location can't be beat. It's centrally located on the coast, making it easy to access all island sites. It's a quiet location too, both in the complex and on the beach. That being said, it's a very short drive to fantastic restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We loved staying a little ways away from all the hustle and bustle.
