Beautiful Property

This place is beautiful! The only disappointment was the location of the room. The photos made it look like you had windows with a view of something. This was not the case, there was no view at all. Interior Unit

The pool area of this complex gets 5 stars. Location is great, easy access to the beach. This unit was okay. The "windows" in the pictures look into a hallway that is brightly lit at night. The bedroom has a blackout roller shade but substantial light leaks around, particularly above the shade so that the bedroom is quite bright at night. I missed being able to look outside in the morning, but it wasn't terrible being inside most of the time, we were outside most of the day anyway. An overhead vent dripped water on the floor and there was a patch of black mold on the wall. There was a dehumidifier, which we ran and poured out gallons of water each day. Kitchen was not very well equipped, but we made do and cooked about half the time. They do not provide shampoo or bath soap, so you will want to bring those if possible. The management staff is friendly and helpful, but the checkin process used an online process that doesn't work very well. - (Oct 2022 - VRBO)

Nice Property - but condo 102 was not as expected.

Fine print does accurately describe the condo - but condo 102 is a small 1 bedroom with small bathroom and no view - the two windows that provide natural light access provide views of a hallway or to the lobby - Once checked in there are no options to upgrade, change or obtain a refund. The only option provided was to make a new booking and lose the amount paid for condo 102. I understood from others that many who book condo 102 have a similar experience of not being fully satisfied. This is the only condo in Le Vent with no view. This is one of the best Airb&b's I've ever stayed at in Aruba. It's calm and serene. It was definitely a resort feel without all of the crowds. The proximity to the beach is perfect, the nearby restaurants, and supermarket. I felt very special and was treated very well by the staff. Good apartment

This is a very nice, small but well appointed, apartment in a great condominium. As the listing says, it has no outdoor access. It is more like a hotel room as there are windows with natural light but you cannot open them. Good bed and pillows, excellent kitchen and very well stocked. The condominium is very new and nice and two minutes walk to the best beach on the island. Property manager on site which is a great help.
