Gorgeous Condo with View of Eagle Beach

Three couples spent a week in this amazing 3rd floor condo within walking distance of beautiful Eagle Beach. It was furnished with absolutely everything you would need. There were beach chairs available for our use as well as coolers. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were spotless. Having a washer and dryer in the condo made it convenient. We enjoyed the balcony each evening watching the sunset. The pool and the property were lovely. We rented a passenger van and were able to eat at many fabulous restaurants, including The Great Catch, Red Fish, The Flying Fishbone, and Gostoso, which Orlando recommended. Excellent! Orlando was quick to help us out with a hot water issue in the showers and all turned out great! We all felt safe here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend Le Vent Condos and Prestige Vacations Aruba.

Serenity By the Sea

We just returned from our vacation and cannot say enough about our accommodations. Our condo was a spacious 3 bedroom, impeccably decorated. Everyone had their own bathroom and there was also a half bath. The kitchen and living area had gorgeous ocean views. The condo had everything you could possible want. To address some previous reviews, yes, for Americans, the appliances were different and not as easy to use. The owner graciously left instructions, and after a couple tries we got the hang of them! They are not especially fast- the washer and dryer took a couple hours, but we would throw laundry in before we went to the beach, and found that hanging the clothes in one of the couple drying racks provided on the balcony was much quicker! There was some construction- to be expected with a brand new resort- no disruption for us! Beautiful beach chairs were provided- and the beach towels provided could be swapped out at the front desk- no need to wash! We did not utilize the concierge service, but were offered several times. There are so many restaurants and beach bars within walking distance that we didn't miss having one on premesis. The beach is a very short walk- maybe 3-4 minutes. The condo is almost beach front and our unit had unobstructed views. The pool area, although not huge, was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of seating and multiple depth options- also had a hottub which we enjoyed. There is a very nice outdoor kitchen, which we didn't have the chance to use but looked awesome. A couple 
Grills, seating area and an ice machine with free ice! We packed some basic items- salt pepper olive oil some condiments but our condo actually had many of the items. Bring bags provided, as the grocery store does not provide free bags. We had heard the island was very expensive. I would say the beer was pricey but otherwise typical resort prices. Def less than we expected. We would def come back to this resort and this condo, specifically. It is obvious the owners have put a lot of consideration into their unit! Amazing Trip

Had the pleasure of staying at this location in October 2018, what a beautiful condo. It was very apparent that the upkeep of this unit was top notch. The condo was fully equipped with every thing you would need. Basically home away from home. Very spacious kitchen, eating area and family rooms. Three very comfortable bedrooms all with their own full equipped washroom. A laundry room in the condo as well as a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and beach. What a gorgeous unit, definitely worth every penny. The grounds were well kept, lots of pool chairs, a full size kitchen outdoors to have those barbecues. Close to all amenities, grocery store close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing trip royalty style with gorgeous weather and beautiful beaches. - (Nov 2018 - Airbnb)

Stunning condo with all the home away from home amenities

Our family visit to Le Vent condo in mid October 2018 was a trip that was seamless in every respect. The condo is brand new and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo wich had a massive kitchen and family room overlooking the ocean. The condo was equipped with all amenities which you would have at home. The detailing of all the kitchenware included everything - not an item was missed. Bedrooms were equipped with beautiful beds and linens. Bathrooms included towels plus additional fresh towels. Condo included laundry room with washer and dryer, allowing you to wash towels and linens if needed. The pool grounds were beautifully decorated with all fresh greens plants and trees. The pool area was kept in excellent condition always clean and beach chairs always available. Location and amenities of the condo was perfect for my family. Beautiful Condo

My family of 4 (two teenage boys) stayed in the Serenity By the Sea for a week in August, 2018. We had never been to Aruba but wanted the flexibility and space that a condo offered. This fit the bill. This condo is gorgeous and brand new! The decor & furnishings were perfect. It was modern, extremely spacious and brand new. We were concerned about the proximity to the beach as it was hard to determine from the photos. You need to understand that this condo is not on the beach, but there are very few condos directly on the beach in the low rise district. You have to exit the condo, walk down a sidewalk on a side street and cross the main road. It literally took no more than 5 minutes. The beach is a public beach so there are others there. But it was never crowded. You could definitely see the ocean from the condo but you are not right on the beach. We were also up in the air as to whether or not to rent a car and we ended up renting and we were very happy we did. The grocery stores are not within walking distance and having a car (or utilizing a cab) was necessary if you were going to go to the high rise district. Loved the cute beach tote that Prestige Vacations gave us. Also, make sure you grab the free grocery tote bags they give you for free at the airport because there are no grocery bags at the grocery store. PROS: Condo is brand new, beautifully decorated, balcony was spacious and well appointed, kitchen had everything you needed (coffee pot, toaster, etc), pool was almost empty, great lounge chairs at the pool, never had to fight for a seat at the pool, grill to use by pool, very quiet, wifi was excellent in unit but didn't work by pool, nice gift basket from owners when arriving, felt safe, relatively close to attractions (5 minutes to high rise district, 15 minutes from airport), close to casinos, beach was beautiful, crystal blue water. We did spend time in the high rise district, walking through many of the larger hotels. We couldn't believe how small the beach was and how crammed everybody seemed and were thankful when we were able to go back to the less crowded Le Vent Condo. CONS: The condo complex is still under construction and when looking out of your balcony, the view was partially obstructed by a fenced in construction area. The condo complex wasn't 100% finished (a lot of construction going on around us). We knew that renting this particular unit meant very few amenities. There were no beach lounge chairs unless you rented them through a 3rd party. There is no restaurant on site. There was no maid service (did have a washer and dryer). There were no bikes to use. No beach towel service but condo had 6 towels that were yours to use, you just had to wash them. The beds didn't have any blankets or quilts which seemed odd...only one sheet. At night, it got a little chilly when running the A/C. Also the appliances were new and very modern but extremely difficult to use. The owner did a great job of having "cheat" sheets but those still were hard to understand. The condo is not right on the beach. We couldn't use our cell phones and felt it would have been helpful to have a way to make dinner reservations...that's where a concierge would have helped us in a bigger hotel or just having a condo provided phone. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves. We think once the construction is 100% complete, Le Vent will be an absolutely wonderful vacation spot!

This condo will be provided with beach chairs, we are pending to purchase the better quality Tommy Bahama' as soon as we can find them on the island once more. There is indeed no restaurant on-site but several good options walking distance. Our vacation rental condos do not include a daily service maid, but we can definitely arrange this upon your request and additional costs. Also, the condos do not have a bike included, but you are able to rent this just down the street. We do have a concierge service for all our guests, we regret to hear you did not make use of this, as we did send you all the information prior to your arrival.
