Looks better in person
Outstanding. From walking distance to beach (which is equivalent of distance you'd walk at a large hotel to beach), to cleanliness, to size and updates in our unit- this place is an absolute 10. The photos do not accurately scale how close the prop is to beach, the pool layout and the size of the balcony- all exceeded expectations. - (Jun 2023 - VRBO)

Highly Recommend
We had a wonderful experience renting this property! Everything is kept so clean and the staff from Prestige was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, with plenty of things in the area and beautiful Eagle Beach right across the street! We highly recommend staying here. - (Jan 2021 - VRBO)

Quiet and Relaxing Condo
If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, this is the place. The LeVent Condo was very clean and the views were amazing from both bedrooms. The Chalet Suisse is close by and an excellent place to dine. The condo was advertised as having a washer and dryer. The washer was difficult to operate and the dryer did not work at all. This was reported to the rental company but nothing was done to help the situation. Cooking in the condo was difficult, the pots and pans are limited especially when cooking for four adults. The hot water in both of the showers ran lukewarm at times. The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was cool. We did report this to the rental office and were told that they were out of propane. - (Mar 2019 - TripAdvisor)

Best Family Vacation Ever!
We decided to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Disney World and take the family for a week vacation in Aruba. We found the LeVent Condo and this particular unit was perfect for our family of 4 directly facing Eagle Beach. We read the reviews for this unit and we found it even better than advertised. The condo was really an "ocean jewel" and the owner really thought of everything to help cater to out of town visitors.
My wife and I travelled with our 13 year old son and 16 year old daughter. The kids shared a room the size of a hotel room and each had their own single bed which was one of our needs. They also had a full bath in their bedroom. Just outside their bedroom was an additional half bath.
The master bedroom was spacious with a king size bed which was a nice treat for us since we have a queen at home. Read a review that the bed was uncomfortable which was a bit of a concern going in for us. I'm happy to report it was actually more comfortable than our bed at home! We slept like babies during our entire stay. Even snuck in a nap after our deep sea fishing trip one day.
The master bedroom had a fantastic attached bathroom with double sinks which is always nice. The walk in shower was huge.
We didn't use the TV much but when I popped it on before bed I was hoping for a sports channel like ESPN or FS1 just to catch a game/highlights. The channel selection was very basic but being from the states would have liked a few more options to stay updated on my sports teams. Not a big deal at all and I'm just knit picking here.
Both bedrooms and living room led out to a long patio which had 2x wicker chairs, wicker love seat and a coffee table in the middle. Great spot to unwind with a "Chill" beer after a day at the beach. Two drying racks were on the patio as well for bathing suits and towels. We saw in the unit owners manual there's a fine for hanging towels over the railing.
The view was amazing. We were a little skeptical and figured it was a "partial view" given the pictures provided. The entire patio has an ocean view. We started our day each morning with a cappuccino and tea on the patio just overlooking the pool and ocean. Insider Tip: Right next door there's a great al fresco restaurant "Tulips". Great affordable breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was my morning stop for a cappuccino after saving an Palapa. More insider tips on that below.
The living area was spacious. Furnished with a leather section with a chaise. Kids enjoyed this as they unwound with their iPads after a day at the beach. We never used the glass table in the unit to eat. The kitchen had 4x barstools which were perfect for feeding everyone breakfast. A big screen TV is also on the wall of the living area.
The kitchen was stocked with the basics..pans, utensils, glasses, etc. Another "minor" concern for us was using the european appliances due to a past review. We didn't plan on cooking too much since we were "on vacation". Don't stress about this either. The microwave was similar to the one we have at home. Our son was able to make his own bacon and warmed up his frozen pancakes himself. The oven had a couple extra steps to get it pre heated but we had no problems. Only used it to make cinnamon rolls we picked up at the grocery store. More insider tips on the journey to the grocery store below. The stove was a breeze too. We made egg sandwiches every morning as the kids slept and saved a couple bucks on breakfast. The unit comes with directions on how to use all the appliances including the washer and dryer. Everything is also explained by the Prestige Vacations Representative. We've rented condos/houses before and this was the first time we've been escorted to the unit upon check in. Carlotta from PV spent 30 minutes with us going over all the amenities. It was extremely helpful and a nice start to vacation to get used to the unit.
Unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer. Didn't do too much laundry since we only stayed for 6 nights but it was nice to have. Also comes with utility sink and stock with some pool floats and small igloo cooler.
Now for the fun stuff. This unit is literally a 90 second walk to the sand of Eagle Beach. There's a nice sidewalk that leads the way and hardly any traffic on the side street so if you're worrying about safety it's perfectly fine. Our kids traveled back and forth from beach to condo themselves. Perfectly comfortable with it. Tons of other tourists around. Great atmosphere and the "Tulips" restaurant is right there. Great spot for breakfast to go and bring up to the room or grab lunch to go and eat it on the beach. Really a fun spot with some great food that won't break the bank.
Now for the beach....WOW...ranked the #3 beach in the world for a reason. It goes on for miles. Crystal clear water, zero rocks, zero seaweed. I mean pure paradise and the reason why we chose ARUBA. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Unlike Palm Beach which is super crowded and the beach is narrow. The condo has a storage area in the parking lot with 4x Tommy Bahama chairs. BIG INSIDER TIP HERE, listen up. If you want shade which is a must, the Palapas umbrellas are first come, first serve. Need to claim your spot by 730am. Normally I would drop some bags and flip flops under one of the umbrellas to save it. Then would go back to the condo and make another trip with the chairs, cooler (also included) with the unit. If you don't claim an umbrella in time, no worries. You are able to rent chairs for $10 and umbrellas for $50, all per day. In a pinch this is fine but doing this for a week can add up. Just get up early and mark your territory.
After a day at the beach, we returned the chairs to the storage unit and there was a faucet attached to rinse off our feet and flip flops to keep the sand out of the unit.
The grounds of the condo were gorgeous. The kids used the pool the first night but we strictly beached it the rest of the stay. That is why we chose Aruba after all.
We check in on a Wednesday and took a trip to "Super Foods" that night. You can walk there but wear your gym shoes. It's a bit of a walk. We rented a car so we got there within a few minutes. We ended up going there on two occasions. Was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Had all the american brands we like, just took some time to navigate. The prices were't outrageous but we only stocked up on basics...OJ, bottled water to bring to the beach (FYI..the fridge in unit has a water dispenser so we refilled water bottles) , breakfast food, fruit, cheese and crackers and wine/beer to enjoy on the patio and snacks for the kids. We didn't break the bank but it was good to have the condo stocked with some basics for the week. It only comes with salt, pepper and sugar. There's also a separate liquor store in "Super Foods" if you are looking for something special. Another Insider Tip: The grocery store doesn't give you bags to carry your stuff in. I know...strange. You can buy large backs for $3 each. The condo does have bags in it. Be sure to grab those before heading out to "Super Foods" to save you some money.
This place has it all located in the middle of paradise. Highly recommend this unit and will be back sooner than later ourselves. - (Mar 2019 - Owner)
