Just Okay

Location, beach and staff are fantastic. Condo itself leaves a lot to be desired. Blinds were broken and blocked the view from primary bedroom. Tv broken. Appliances are dated. Seals on sliders are broken so condensation is heavy and blocks slider view. Hot water only lasts a minute or 2 in the shower. Construction site immediately next door will have you up at 7am everyday and blocks part of the view which will likely continue another year or two. Overall Aruba is incredible and so is the Eagle beach location. But I'd stay elsewhere next time. - (Jul 2023 - VRBO)

Amazing place, great location, great week!

The condo itself is perfect, no issues, loved it. The location is perfect and Eagle beach is amazing and the condo was well stocked with beach chairs, cooler etc... I would have rated 5 stars but the 3 pools closest to the condo were really dirty, I don't believe the pumps were working, the water was stagnant and not moving to filters. The pool crew was trying to keep clean every morning with external filter pump but was not effective. The 1 pool on the other side of building was clean and working. However, we had the amazing Eagle beach to go to, so we were not overly concerned. I don't the believe the pool issue is a common issue, it just happened during our 1 week stay. I would rent this condo again.

BEST BEACH VACATION!!

Loved the location of the property....easy access to Eagle Beach and within walking distance of many restaurants, not to mention a new IMAX theater if you want to catch a movie. The unit itself could you some updating (especially the king mattress) but it certainly served our needs. Aishal was absolutely fabulous to work with. We really enjoyed Oceancia Condo 423z It had a great ocean view of Eagle Beach from main bedroom and living room. Beach chairs, beach towels. Cooler, and floats were provided. The room was very clean and they had a nice pool. It is located on a quiter area of Eagle Beach. - (May 2022 - VRBO)

Relaxing

The property at 423 Oceania Resort had everything we needed. It was my husband and I and our 3 children (ages 16,14 and 11). The unit itself is modern but cozy. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Eagle Beach is amazing and right across the road which was simple to cross to get to the beach. The resort itself is more subdued, but we kept ourselves busy only to enjoy the quiet. There are activities to do on the beach during the day by the resort, but if you are looking for a bar/restaurant, this property does not have that. There are a few restaurants close by to choose from within walking distance. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing, this is the place for you! - (Jul 2019 - VRBO)

Great location & wonderful property

My husband & 2 teenage daughters escaped to Aruba for 6 days & this was the perfect property for all of us. The apartment was spacious & well-stocked, the pools were lovely and the beach access was great!! In addition, the nearby grocery store was amazing & it was very easy to get cabs to restaurants on Palm Beach. Lastly, the staff at the complex were nice & helpful. It was our first visit to Aruba and we are fascinated. The city is wonderful and the condo we stayed in was just amazing. Oceania resort is a really nice and quiet place, you can relax and enjoy your stay far away from the huzzle and buzzle you can find in all inclusive resorts. It is all a matter of preferences but having experienced both types of stay, I can say I have been able to relax and enjoy. The condo itsef is beautiful, well-equipped, everything is in very good condition. The condo is big and comfortable. The crockery, cutlery, appliances, beds and everything provided has surpassed all our expectations. Last but not least, all the staff in Prestige are very kind, friendly and well-predisposed to help you.

Perfect place to stay in Aruba!

With two bedrooms and two baths, this condo was perfect for our aunts/nieces four-day vacation in Aruba. The complex is new and perfectly situated on Eagle Beach, a short walk from the sand. The building has three different pools in a beautiful setting; it's kept impeccably clean. The whole complex is exceptionally well managed and very safe (24 hour security). The apartment itself was well-stocked with linens and dishware, as well as beach chairs, a cooler, and anything we might need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The staff of Prestige Vacations (the company that runs the location) were responsive and very helpful in planning a snorkeling trip and a private jeep tour of the national park on the other side of the island. When we had any questions, they responded immediately. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. The apartment itself had beautiful views from the two decks; a very large, comfortable master bedroom; a large second bedroom with three twins (perfect for teenagers); and a very nice kitchen/living room.
