PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This tastefully decorated condo features a combined living and dining area with a sofa, armchair, large TV, and a round dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and a three-seat breakfast bar. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.
 
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in closets, a TV, and a private balcony with serene views of the resort pool and ocean. The primary bathroom with a shower, is located just outside in the hallway. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a single-size bed, built-in closets, and a TV, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
 
With 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, this condo offers ample room to relax and enjoy a true ialsn vacation. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, a code-lock safe, free parking, central air conditioning, and three cable TVs (one in each bedroom and the living room). For beach outings, the unit is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. It accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 beds.
