PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Opal Jewel Four-Bedroom villa is situated just a few minutes' drives from the picturesque Malmok Beach area, with the popular beaches: Boca Catalina and Arashi. This unique villa surely provides you with all the comfort and space your family or traveling group needs!
 
Flowing into the villa you will find the living area with a 2-2 comfortable sofa set with a large flatscreen TV and access to the back terrace with a swimming pool. On the left is the full-size open kitchen and it is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need and has a 2-seat breakfast bar and 6-seat dining table overlooking the patio and swimming pool. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry room which includes a washer-dryer. Just off the laundry room, you can find the fourth bedroom and half bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, built-in closet, and en-suite shower and vanity.
 
On the right of the living area, you will find the second bedroom with a queen-size bed; the third bedroom with a king-size bed; and adjacent a full-size bathroom with a separate shower and modern vanity. At the end of the hallway you will find the spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 'en-suite' primary bathroom with a separate toilet and separate glass-enclosed shower and walk-in closet.
 
Stepping out onto the terrace, you have the swimming pool with 2 lounge chairs, a large palapa with a 6-seat dining table, and a BBQ grill. Free broadband wireless internet, Cable TV, and a DVD player are all available for your extra comfort and leisure. Each bedroom has its own individual Air Conditioning - Sleeps standard maximum 8, additionally for $10.00 per night for each additional guest, up to 12 guests in total. A rental car is necessary.
 
NOTE: FOR SMALLER GROUPS. THE FOURTH BEDROOM CAN BE LOCKED OFF, SO THAT IT CAN BE RENTED AS A THREE-BEDROOM UNIT DURING MID AND HIGH SEASON AT LOWER RATE.
 
NOTE: FOR LARGER GROUPS. THIS VILLA HAS AN ADDITIONAL FIFTH BEDROOM IN THE ATTIC WITH 2 DOUBLE-SIZE BEDS WITH A CLOSET AND A LARGE BALCONY, WITH PARTIAL VIEWS TO THE HIGH-RISE AREA OF ARUBA. SLEEPS ADDITIONALLY 4 EXTRA GUESTS AT $10 PER PERSON PER NIGHT RATE.
