Beautiful Island, Beautiful Condo

This was exactly as advertised - the condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. There were plenty of towels and enough startup supplies to last our family all week (toilet paper, detergent, paper towels etc) We were steps to Eagle beach and the resort had 4 beautiful pools. Make sure to visit all of them - the 4th is not directly in from of the condo but beautiful. There were huts on the beach for early risers to claim - be there before 7. There are also beach umbrellas to rent. Tuesday is cruise ship day - so if you are planning for a pool day make it Tuesday as the beach gets busy. It's not overly crowded in any way - just noticeably busier. Plenty of great restaurants within minutes from the condo - Enjoyed Passsions as well as quite a few in the high-rise area. Don't forget to visit Madam Jeanettes! You will feel like you are driving in a neighborhood, but it is a great unique dining experience. Not to be missed. Perfect condo for our family of 6

We loved this condo, it looks in person exactly like the photos. We found it to be the perfect location and loved that we had great ocean views from the balconies but had some shade on them as well in the afternoon. The condo had everything we needed. There was a problem with the second bedroom's bathroom. It had a slow leak around the bottom and the flush button was broken which made the toilet not shut off when flushed at times. Maintenance tried to fix it but was unable to so my daughter and her husband had to have the lid off the entire week and deal with the leaking. They did provide old towels to put around the bottom of the toilet. It was disappointing but things like that happen. Overall there were way more positives than that negative. Amazing Condo

We vacationed for 5 days/nights with our adult daughters and son-in-law. The condo was perfect! Amazing views of the pools and beach. Beautiful Aruban sunsets every night right out our balcony. Condo included beach chairs and cooler which made for wonderful beach days on Eagle beach just right across the street. AMAZING

This was the best vacation every. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The pictures did not lie, everything was AMAZING and perfect. There were beach chairs and beach towels for all and the kitchen had everything we needed. Eagle beach was by far the best beach and if you wake early you can easily get one of the cabanas on the beach. We never really used a concierge service before but we absolutely loved it, she was amazing and always helpful. I would definitely recommend the grocery service so you have food, snacks and drinks for your first few days so you can just relax and enjoy the beauty of Aruba. Can't wait to come back. Family holiday at Eagle Beach condo

We had arranged this three bedroom condo to accommodate a family vacation. As advertised, it looked ideal. In reality, the pictures are unable to do justice to the beauty and location of the property. Junior met us on arrival to show the very clean and well equipped condo. The pre-arranged groceries got us through the first day. Every day was a beach or pool experience (and usually both). The location was a good base in order to explore the island. There was no lack of sights or entertainment/dining. The Prestige Realty staff were very accommodating to our needs. Overall a very enjoyable holiday. - (Feb 2020 - VRBO)

Myself and 5 friends really enjoyed our lovely condo on quiet eagle beach.

The condo was lovely and just as pictured. It had 2 large pools and an easy walk to the beach which was across a small street. I would have liked to have a bar and/or restaurant on the premises but there were plenty nearby. It was also on the local bus line so it was easy to get the bus to the high rise area or downtown. The concierge arranged our pickup from the airport and she also supplied our unit with the groceries we had asked for before our arrival. Perfect location and beautiful beaches abound!

If we had to do it all over again, we would absolutely choose to stay at this property. The location is amazing - steps from the beach and plenty of amenities at this property, from the pools to the gym to the tennis courts. So much to offer, but the beach access was the best. Eagle Beach is hands down one of the most beautiful, serene and clean beaches we've been to. Racquel from Prestige Properties also made sure we were well taken care of and when we told her about a few items in the unit that were needing attention, she made sure it was addressed right away and to our satisfaction. The property is also conveniently located between downtown and the high-rise area which made it super easy to get around. This particular unit (BC-252) is decorated in a super cute beachy theme in every room and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The views of Eagle Beach and the sunsets are breathtaking and can be enjoyed right from the 3 balconies the unit has. I cannot recommend this place enough! - (Aug 2019 - VRBO)

An amazing vacation in Aruba!

My husband and teenage daughter and myself had an amazing time here in Aruba. We rode UTV on the first day and explored the island with many stops, ending at Baby beach for a swim. Jet ski from Eagle beach, Parasailed from Pelican pier, snorkeling, and my husband got to scuba. We ended the week with a sunset cruise that was breathtaking and the food on the island was excellent. We loved our vacation and will be coming back. The property manager Sharon Brown was the best. She helped plan the excursion for us and guided us to delicious restaurants. Wonderful Stay!

We just got back to Chicago and are already missing Aruba! We stayed in the Oceania Aquamarine condo and it was amazing. The condo was super clean, had all the supplies you would need for a week stay( toilet appear, dishwasher soap, paper towels, washing machine detergent and fabric softener). The condo was exactly as pictured on the website and it even came with 11 beach chairs and 9 beach towels! They have truly thought of everything at Oceania. However, if you are in need of assistance, the staff is awesome and they go above and beyond to help. Sharon checked us in and was super informative and during the week she arranged for Jeep rentals for us. The maintenance gentleman ( I'm sorry I don't remember your name) came quickly to replace our propane tank for the grill and noticed our grill brush was week worn. He left and came back 5 minutes later with a new grill brush and a long wind resistant lighter to light the grill. 
The views of the ocean are to die for and it's just literally across the street from the condo. When we return to Aruba we will be staying at a Prestige run property as the are a superior company! - (Jun 2019 - Prestige)

Oceania, best place to relax and share family time

If you need the "thump" and "bump" of crowded streets, tourists shops, and high energy nightlife, head to the high rise hotel area. If you want friendly, peaceful, no hustle or bustle, quality time to spend time with family, including grandkids, Oceania is your place. Not crowded, quite, clean, well kept, secure, lots of common facility, 5 pools to choose from are just the start of reasons you may want to stay at Oceania. We used Prestige Realty as the booking agent and could not be more satisfied. Very, very helpful, informative and on the spot complete service. It was our first trip to Aruba. The help we received from Prestige and the quality of the Oceania property are a couple reasons we are giving strong consideration to returning again next year. If we do, Oceania will be our likely landing spot. We had six adults and two young grandkids. Our 3 bedroom ,3 bath condo was well suited for our group. The only negatives were that the condo HVAC unit was very noisy when it kicked in. The beach towels provided were limited in number, I thought there should be 2 per person, not 1. In my previous vacation condo rentals, there typically was cleaning service every other day, here there is none included. However, it did not prove to be a problem, so really no complaint there. A couple of non-stick fry pans would be nice, there were none. We typically make a few breakfasts and a couple dinners during our stay as it keeps the family together and allows the grandkids more freedom without the parents worrying about them bothering other restaurant guests. Here I had to get creative in using non-traditional cooking methods to pull it off. However, the gas grill on the deck is a big plus. Overall, we were impressed with the beauty of the Island and how friendly everyone was. We were very happy with our decision to stay at Oceania we loved the property. I'd do it again. Now if we could just get them to back off on increasing taxes on everything tourist (especially beer) before they ruin a good thing, the Island would be perfect. Lovely property with great views!

The resort is lovely! Our condo was very comfortable, quiet and in a good location (Boca Catalina building). There are 3 pools with lounge chairs, grassy areas and sandy areas and trees for shade. The area is kept immaculately clean by the staff. Walk across the street to the ocean. Gated access only for walkers and security guard at the entrance. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
