PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Just a few steps to the water's edge in this condo with breathtaking sunset views located in the center of the Boca Catalina building on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pools and gardens. The Absolute Luxury Two-bedroom condo is indeed the ultimate vacation rental accommodation with awesome ocean views! It sleeps 6 adults comfortably with a new interior and updated furnishings destined for occupants that enjoy being in a relaxed environment. The living room balcony has a 4-seat dining table and a top-of-the-line full-size stainless steel FireMagic gas BBQ grill so that you can prepare your grilled meats and vegetables whilst savoring the great ocean views!
 
The living room is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed - with a queen-size Tempur-pedic mattress - and two additional chairs, accompanied by a matching accent chair and ottoman. The dining area is equipped with a 6-seat dining table. There is a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The hallway lends access to the two bedrooms, a third bathroom with a shower, laundry (washer-dryer), and storage facilities.
 
The primary bedroom has a king-size Deluxe Tempur-pedic mattress, a TV, a built-in closet, a private balcony with great ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds - which one is a Deluxe Tempur-pedic mattress -, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
 
This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safety box, free wireless internet, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) and a DVD player are all available for your comfort. This unit is further uniquely equipped with a beach cart so that you can easily carry your beach chairs and other stuff to the beach without much hassle. This unit is located in the middle of the Boca Catalina (=beach-side) building on the second floor.-Sleeps max 6.
