PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This uniquely decorated and spacious Superior View Studio condo sleeps 3 guests in a king-size bed and a single sofa-bed. There is a balcony with ocean views through the lush tropical landscaping of the resort. The studio room features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. It includes a 4-seat oval dining table, a TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower.
This condo rental provides with 650 sq. ft. of living space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safety, free parking, central air conditioning, a cable TV, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. This unit is located in the Eagle building on the second floor (adjoining the Superior View Two-bedroom condo - E225-2).
NOTE: This studio room can be combined with the next-door Superior View Two-bedroom condo (E225-2) through an internal connecting door to become the original Superior View Three-bedroom condo (E225), accommodating up to 8 guests.
This vacation rental property has been fully renovated and remodeled in 2023.

Excellent stay & accommodating staff
This experience was nothing short of excellent. Aischal was a great concierge. She answered any questions that we had and also booked us a Jeep for one day. The location was superb. Beach was right across the street. 3 pools on the property. Not crowded during the time that we stayed on the property or at the beach. We were there for 9 days. The condo was exactly what you would expect from the pictures. The complex was very nice and well maintained. We liked that the complex was gated and has 24 hr security. A must stay
We loved every moment of our stay here! Sharon gave a friendly greeting, helped secure us a rental jeep with little notice and walked us through everything we needed to know...Thank you Sharon for helping to make our trip perfect!! The grounds were clean and secure, we never felt uneasy leaving our stuff poolside, while crossing to take a dip in the ocean or running up to the room...still would be at your own risk comfort though. We loved our security guard, Sandra! She was very friendly and had a keen eye on all that was happening on the property...Thank you Sandra for making us feel safe! The Oceania is walking distance to bars, restaurants (make sure to visit Tulips and Terraza Italiana while you there!), Casinos and the Super Market (plan getting a cab back from the market though.) The bus system works great and runs right out front of the condos (take it to downtown or the hotel zone) and it is way cheaper than a cab. I recommend visiting the Butterfly Farm, also on the bus route. Can't wait to go back and will definitely stay here again!!! - (May 2018 - Prestige)
