Your friends at Prestige are under the leadership and guidance of Alan Riley (Alan), the managing director of Prestige Vacations Aruba and who is well known on the island of Aruba. His industrial engineering and business management education, as well as his more than 25 years of experience with regard to real estate development, construction, appraisal, brokerage, vacation rentals, and property management, is quite impressive. Alan has further functioned between 1998 and 2004 on the board of the Aruba Chamber of Commerce and Industry, of which the last three years of the mentioned period also as Chairman of the Board. As such he has contributed significantly to the commerce in general of Aruba. Alan’s better half and the assistant managing director of Prestige Vacations Aruba is Rachel Riley-Noordermeer. Rachel is well educated in hotel management and food & beverage and joined our team towards the end of 2009 after a remarkable and thriving 15-year career in top positions of the hotel, timeshare, and restaurant industry of Aruba. Her knowledge of and experience in the leisure industry on the island is surely second to none. Rachel concentrates within our team mostly on the vacation rental management and service; your simple contact with her will ensure you the best vacation experience on the island. Rosita Kelly is our Executive Administrative Assistant. She has extensive accounting experience in the hospitality and real estate industry and is in charge of all the administrative tasks of the company. Further, Rosita has all the ins and outs of leisure industry contacts, real estate establishments, governmental tourist agencies, tourist service providers, and the like. Her ability to help guests and owners meet their goals, to assist with the processing of their payments and documents and to answer most questions you may have, is one of her most admirable aspects.
Raquel Lesire (Raqui) is our Operations Manager. Raqui has a bachelor degree in Hotel Management and currently has more than 20 years of work experience in the hospitality industry of Aruba. At the helm of each arriving guest’s stay, Raqui is the ‘meet and greet’ face of our organization. She ensures that everything in your selected accommodation is perfectly prepared for your arrival and guarantees that all our accommodations are kept to our high standards of quality and cleanliness. As such, Kenneth, with his natural calmness and swiftness as well as his multidisciplinary technical background, oversees all planned and unplanned maintenance and repair works of all our prestigious accommodations. Ever ready to respond rapidly to reported or self-detected issues, even during the later hours of the day, Kenneth is well aware of his shared responsibility to ensure the most superb guest experience. Should you inadvertently run out of propane gas during your evening BBQ grilling, or encounter an unforeseen issue with an appliance, Kenneth is undoubtedly the person who technically ensures you a carefree stay in our accommodations!
