PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the picture-perfect Caribbean scenery stretching from our luscious tropical resort landscaping to the welcoming turquoise waters of the famous Eagle Beach while relaxing on the balcony of the Beach Haven Two-bedroom condo. This modern condo is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest luxury vacation rental resort on our ‘One happy island’. The balcony is furnished with a 6 seat dining table where you can enjoy your culinary delights, while you take in the breathtaking view during the course of the day.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 4-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with washer-dryer and storage facilities. The half bathroom is also located in the living area.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, walk-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The Master bedroom offers a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom offers a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,325 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right corridor off the elevators on the fourth floor. Sleeps 5 guests in 2 beds plus 1 double-size sofa-bed.

THE RESORT

There is also a children’s playground and a communal alfresco dining area with two BBQ-grills, an outdoor sink plus an ice machine. There is also a beach gate for easier walking access to and from the beach (about 0.1 miles). Free parking within the 24/7 security gated resort complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. All the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also provided with portable beach chairs that can be taken to the beach.
