Just a few steps to the water’s edge in this condo with breathtaking sunset views located in the center of the, most recent, Boca Catalina building on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools and gardens. The Amazing Pearl Two-bedroom condo is indeed the ultimate in comfortable furnishings combined with artistic rendering and stunning ocean views; sleeps 6 adults comfortably and has professionally selected furnishings destined for occupants that enjoy being in an upscale environment.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, two comfortable chairs and a LCD-screen and a DVD player. The artistic Beatles painting forms the main center piece of the living area. Right of the living area there is a balcony with a 4 seat table and a gas grill, perfect for a casual cookout while enjoying the sunset. The dining area is equipped with a dining table to seat 6 persons accompanied by a tall table for two on the side. Extensive meals can be prepared in the open fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom is classically decorated and furnished with a king-size bed and a DVD player that supports Blue ray and a LCD screen in the bedroom. The master bedroom boasts its own balcony with the same stunning ocean views. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bunk bed of which the bottom one is a double size bed. Both bedrooms have large built-in closets with drawers. Besides the en suite bathrooms for both bedrooms, this unit features a third full bathroom. In the hallway to the bedrooms you will find the washer and dryer needed for total comfort.
This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. Free broadband wired and wireless internet, cable TV, three flatscreen TV’s (in living room and each bedroom), a DVD player. It is located on the second floor of the Boca Catalina building.
The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, two gyms, men's and women's saunas, a business center, two tennis courts, a squash court, a racquetball court, a game room and a kids playroom. We will then send you an e-mail voucher which you can print out and should take with you when you travel. You must however call the associated rental car company (indicated on the voucher) as soon as you arrive on the island, for them to pick you up. Present the printed voucher as payment and cash or credit card for the deposit only. Your condo or villa reservation with us will secure your car rental reservation, and further car rental payment arrangements will take place during your check-in at the resort.
OUR CALENDARS ARE ALWAYS KEPT UP TO DATE; firm bookings are entered as soon as they are made. This condo complex is located on the boulevard along the nicest beach of Aruba: the Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach has been awarded as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world! As you leave the town from Oranjestad towards the major hotels and resorts, pass the roundabout, take a left at the first traffic lights. Drive through and you will find the Oceania resort in less than 1 mile on your right hand. Beachfront, good access, close to town and to many exquisite restaurants of the island. Being on the nicest beach of Aruba, with regular bus service and taxis at your fingertips, a rental car is definitely not a requirement.
